If you put a human body in outer space it will lose all its heat within seconds and collapse into itself.. The same rules apply to the truth/emptiness, the human mind will lose all heat and collapse into itself, it’s too intense that our first instinct will be to self-terminate.. So in order to survive, our subconscious sends us signals to go chasing after that high, to breed and maintain the human race.. but when it’s purely animalistic the high is strong but fleeting, and that’s why we seek deeper connections, companionship, being understood, belonging, meaning.. It’s all just about trying to find ways to prolong that high.. And religion, society, family, balance, and stability, are all ways of micro-dozing, just enough juice to keep you alive and well without “feeling” anything.
